Jess Poe is a Portland-based experimental filmmaker, DP and editor.

Jess is a nonlinear storyteller. Her memories, and thus her narratives, are made up of ephemeral visuals and emotions washed in color.

Her work weaves together film, texture, and sound to create cinematic patchworks, layering intimate and emotionally charged moments into dreamlike, sensory experiences.

Jess is currently writing her debut feature: a surrealist depiction of idealism, loss, dreams, and the strength of connection in the aftermath of trauma.
